Terms & Conditions

The Course

This is an online course, coaching may be included in your package for the stated time when booking. All coaching takes place online and cannot be substituted for live coaching. It is the students responsibility to make use of the coaching during the allotted time.

If for any reason the student is unable to continue with the coaching, due to horse/rider injury, weather conditions or some other reason it is the students responsibility to contact the instructor (Lyla Cansfield) and inform them. In these cases the coaching period can be paused at the instructors discretion. Pauses may only last for a maximum of 6 months.

For courses that include 'lifetime access' it is understood that 'lifetime' means the lifetime of the course.

Refunds

There is a two week guarantee (cooling off period). If for any reason the student decides they do not want to continue. They must inform the instructor within 14 days from when they registered to be entitled to a full refund.

No refunds will be issued after the 14 days has expired.

Failed Payments

Payments fail from time to time, often due to cards expiring or a banking glitch. If an instalment payment fails, you will be contacted immediately and asked to check with your bank and update your payment details if necessary. Our system will retry your payment within 5 to 10 days.

If the payment continues to fail and there is no contact from the student, they will be immediately withdrawn from the course and any coaching they have left. We will then take legal proceedings to recover the remaining payments owed.
